On Thursday, December 11th, Philadelphia City Council passed a critical resolution approving the 2015 Proposed Strategic Plan and Disposition Policy of the Philadelphia Land Bank. NGT testified in front of both City Council and the Land Bank Board in favor of the plan. An operational land bank will be instrumental in helping NGT do its work better, as it will streamline both the acquisition and maintenance of vacant property throughout the city.
